  Robert S. Marcus

  Marcus & Mack’s founder, Robert (Bob) Marcus, opened the doors of this law firm more than 40 years ago. Throughout his legal career, Bob has served as a tireless and passionate advocate for his clients. In fact, Bob’s reputation for his fearless representation has earned him continual recognition by national organizations for his skill as a personal injury attorney. Bob has been repeatedly listed as Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyer in Pennsylvania by the National Association of Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as a member of the “Nation’s Top One Percent”. While Bob is proud of the recognition that has been bestowed upon him by his colleagues and competitors in the legal market, Bob is most proud of the culture that he has created at Marcus & Mack. Bob’s father owned a car dealership and Bob eventually took over that family business. One of the first things that Bob learned about owning a business in a small town was that great customer service is the key to staying in business. Bob brought that mentality to his law firm. Every single day, Bob stresses the importance of communicating with our clients and making sure that they know we truly have their best interests at heart.

  Bryan S. Neiderhiser

  Partner

  Attorney Neiderhiser is a Partner at Marcus & Mack who has always taken great pride in being a personal injury attorney because his profession allows him to fight for the rights of individuals against insurance companies, businesses, and hospitals. He believes that without trial lawyers, injury victims would not have a voice against these huge companies. He feels so strongly about the importance of this profession, that he has made “giving back” a priority which resulted in his having served as the President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. That organization is devoted to promoting the right to trial by jury and to promoting the rights of injury victims. He is honored to have served as President because of the excellent work that the organization does and because he was nominated to that position by fellow trial lawyers throughout Western Pennsylvania. He earned that respect through his tireless and zealous representation of his clients for more than two decades. That hard work, drive, and determination have also resulted in his recognition as a Diplomat of the National Trial Lawyers Association; in his selection to the National Trial Lawyers Association – Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania every year beginning in 2013; and with his recognition by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as a member of the “Nation’s Top One Percent”. Additionally, because of the significant results that he has obtained for his clients he has also earned a lifetime membership in both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in these organizations is limited solely to attorneys who have attained million and multi-million dollar results for their clients.

  Russell J. Bopp

  Marcus & Mack attorney, Russell Bopp, is dedicated to helping injured people through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Having previously practiced law as an attorney defending insurance companies and large corporations, Russell now leverages that experience to benefit clients that have lost loved ones or suffered catastrophic injuries through no fault of their own. In a legal industry crowded with attorneys that view their clients as another “case”, Russell is known for his caring approach in representing clients from the initial call through final resolution. When asked about this approach, Russell commented: The unfortunate reality is that we are often confronted with life-altering circumstances—through no fault of our own—which can only be resolved through the legal system. I view my career in law as an opportunity to help my clients navigate the legal system as they pick up the pieces and start to rebuild their lives. I believe that a career in law, as a personal injury attorney, places me in a unique position to make a positive and tangible impact in the lives of my clients. Attorney Russell Bopp is proud to be a first-generation graduate of college and has strong roots in western Pennsylvania. Russell graduated as valedictorian from Marion Center High School, obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Grove City College, and earned his Juris Doctorate at Duquesne University School of Law, where he graduated first in his class. Over the course of his career, Russell has distinguished himself in the legal community through a legacy of hard work and excellent results. Russell has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers every year since 2021 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 to the present. Russell is also a member of the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to only those attorneys that have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers.Russell currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Indiana County Bar Association where he volunteers to represent victims of domestic abuse in coordination with the Alice Paul House in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. Russell is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and National Trial Lawyers. Russell is currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania’s state courts as well as the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Russell has experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts across Pennsylvania.

  Bradley E. Holuta

  Attorney

  Attorney Brad Holuta has tremendous respect for our legal system and the fact that every person is entitled to a fair day in court. To be able to advocate for clients within this system is an incredible privilege and any time he has the opportunity to exceed a client’s expectation is gratifying. Brad will take the time to objectively analyze a case from all angles, not just from where things stand at the present. Determining the strengths and weaknesses of every case from the outset is critical so clients have a realistic expectation of what can be accomplished and what will be involved in the process. Litigation is stressful on every client and addressing issues early on helps alleviate some of that turmoil. In his work, Brad sees people at their very worst on a daily basis. That is why his primary responsibility, no matter what the case type, is to advocate for a client’s legal interests to the fullest extent possible. He understands that there is a real person behind every case and handling sensitive matters with compassion and genuine concern. Helping people go from a difficult situation at the beginning of a case to being in a much better place by the end is very gratifying.
